What we collect when you register, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Your name, phone number and/or email address, the property address, whether you own or lease it, and your agreement to be contacted. If you arrived from one of our letters, we also record that the letter’s page was opened.

Why

To check the land value of your property when new values are released and to contact you about it. We don’t use your details for anything else and we don’t sell them.

Who sees it

Only us. If you ask us to take your review further, we pass your details to the registered valuer who will prepare the objection, and only with your agreement.

Where it’s kept

In a secured database hosted in Sydney.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or to stop hearing from us, at any time by replying to any message from us.

Where our property data comes from

Land values and property details come from the NSW Valuer General’s published bulk land value data, licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0. We wrote to the property address, not to a named person.
